Stock Plan Administrator administers the company stock plans. Prepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process and eligibility. Being a Stock Plan Administrator prepares new hire and other stock grants and processes employee transactions to exercise options. Maintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. Additionally, Stock Plan Administrator requires a bachelor’s degree.


Adhere to internal processes and procedures and comply with tax withholding/reporting requirements

Partner with internal teams including Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and HR on all equity-related matters

Coordinate with external partners such as the stock plan provider, transfer agent, and broker
Assist internal and external auditors with audits upon request and implement controls, as needed

Ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all equity data in equity system of record
Generate, and review for accuracy, recurring and ad-hoc reports for FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Internal audit and Legal teams

Process new grants as well as varied transactions with strong know-how of accounting, legal and tax implications.

Manage company blackouts

Work on any ad hoc projects

Reconcile equity award activity with the company records, the broker records, and the transfer agent on an ongoing basis

Assist in equity plan documentation and communications

Respond to employee inquiries regarding their equity awards


BA/BS degree or equivalent

Strong proficiency in Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication skills and customer service focus

Prior experience with an equity administrative platform

3+ years of relevant work experience at a public company

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and adjust to changing priorities
