We are looking for a competitive and responsible B2B Inside Sales Representative that thrives in both a quick and long sales cycle environment. You will play a major role in expanding our customer base within the US marketplace. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This is a one-of-a kind opportunity to be a big part of the quickest growing industry in the world.



-Achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas

-Learning Product and S10 Labs Brand inside and out

-Meet and exceed sales targets by making quality prospecting calls on a continual basis including cold call, emails and maintain customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company CRM -Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close

-Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

-Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

-Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers

-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

-Present Sl0 Labs as a professional, trusted brand to potential clients

-Collaborate cross functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals

-Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to management

-Other duties as assigned



Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking

-Three to five years in a professional environment

-Cannabis industry experience considered a strong asset

-Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape industry is a plus but not required

-Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative or similar role

-Track record of achieving sales quotas

-Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

-Ability to deliver engaging presentations

-Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot)

-Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

-Excellent communication skills

-Understanding of sales performance metrics

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Highly organized and able to multitask

-Self-driven and proactive nature

-Patient and active listener

-Demonstrate leadership qualities



University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
