A Sales Representative of High Caliber Organics, Inc. will maximize the sale of products and services to other licensed Cannabis retailers. Sales Representatives have effective account management, sales execution and communication which facilitates the achievement of company and supplier objectives.
- Gain knowledge of customer’s business operations and coordinating multiple and diverse options for selling the company’s products to each.
- Have extensive knowledge of the company’s products, their features and benefits compared to the competition.
- Sell concepts and consult with the customer on strategies that will collectively enhance both business models.
- Knowledge of CRM Prospect and qualify new sales leads by contacting new and existing customers
- Negotiate prices and terms to prepare sales agreements Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
Must be able to travel 50-70% of time to meet and engage accounts.
