New York Hemp Oil is a NYS licensed hemp processing company focused on producing high quality USDA Certified Organic Hemp CBD. NYHO is a rapidly growing CBD company, focused on whole person health. New York Hemp Oil provides high-quality CBD products straight from our farm to the bottle.

Our beautiful Main office is located on Main Street in Cortland, NY along with our beautiful 200-acre farm. Our organic farm is at the center of everything we do.

About the Head & Heal Team

Head & Heal is a vertically integrated, USDA Organic Hemp CBD brand based in Cortland, NY. We make Craft products out of the top-shelf plants we grow on our 200-acre certified organic farm. We make our own extracts in our GMP Registered and USDA Organic certified facility, and bottle and ship everything from right here in Cortland. We control our entire process from Seed to Shelf so that we can offer the highest quality organic hemp products on the market at prices real people can afford. We’re serious about becoming a leader in the hemp industry and we know our once small little farm can make a dent in the booming CBD space.

Job Summary

We need a down to earth, outgoing, and energetic real human being who is passionate about sustainable farming and cannabis to be our boots on the ground in the NYC area. This position will be responsible for growing our presence in NYC’s natural markets, Pet shops, CBD Dispensaries, clean beauty palaces, alternative wellness spaces, herb shops, and fancy bodegas. Your job will be building relationships and educating our partners about the care and quality that makes our hemp stand above the rest.

Responsibilities & Focus

  • Represent Head & Heal as the primary point of contact for NYC based retailers, and serve as our face at events and partnership opportunities in the city
  • Provide education and support for our retail partners across all channels
  • Work closely with our Head of Sales to identify new opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their market position
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone and in email
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains records in our CRM (Zendesk Sell) and utilize Asana, Slack, e-mail and phone for internal communication

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout territory (NYC)

  • Valid NY drivers license
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
  • Self-starter, inquisitive and comfortable with collaborating with customers and co-workers
  • Passion for Organic Farming, Sustainability, and Cannabis
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout territory (NYC)
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, while maintaining organization, and juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated

Education / Experience

  • Experience in sales in not required, need somebody hungry, motivated and passionate
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically working with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
