• Function as Leader of the Floor (“LTOF”) at dispensary
• Responsible for the daily support and guidance of dispensary team
• Support and delegate duties to dispensary staff to ensure a productive work environment
• Manage flow of customer traffic and find solutions to minimize wait times
• Ensure all teams are focused on providing high-level of customer service at all times
• Lead in making sure employees are taking breaks at appropriate times

Development & Culture

• Promote positive culture
• Provide high-level of customer service to our patients and customers
• Excellent product knowledge and education
• Create and maintain a welcoming and clean environment



• Notify GM of any discrepancies within 24 hours
• Maintain waste log and scale calibration log (update as needed)
• Maintain sanitation logs (update daily)
• Remain current on all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, compliance documents, and training at all times
• Maintain checklist for audit/inspections by regulatory authorities

Communication & Feedback

• Effectively communicate goals, initiatives, policies, developments, tasks, and performance measures with team and be sure to include the “why”
• Notify GM/Compliance Officer about discrepancies within 24 hours
• Work with team to find solutions to resolve issues
• Provide a balance of positive and constructive feedback
• Track business trends and impacts through daily reports

Cash Handling

• Immediately report any cash discrepancies to General Manager
• Help resolve any cash discrepancies in timely manner
• Ensure PCS team is following all cash handling guidelines
• Must be well-versed in POS system and follow best practices at all times
• Assist with troubleshooting for POS and hardware issues
• Responsible for the management and approval of discounts


Dispensary Operations

• Prepare the store for opening/closing by setting up and breaking down product
• Ensure displayed product is presentable, organized, and replenished at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary at all times
• Ensure all online orders are being fulfilled in timely manner
• Maintain ongoing education of product knowledge in-depth knowledge of every product
• Demonstrate unparalleled product knowledge
• Responsible for ensuring dispensary staff is providing a high level of customer service to each customer in a non-judgmental and educational environment

Packaging & Inventory

• Responsible for receiving deliveries in Metrc
• Ensure sure delivery manifest and invoices reflect what was actually received
• Responsible for entering inventory into POS system
• Barcode products and put on display, sales floor, or batch in vault
• Responsible for the packaging of bulk flower in a timely manner
• Complete weekly cycle inventory counts for all cannabis products
• Complete weekly cycle inventory counts for all non-cannabis products
