The Total Rewards Analyst will audit, monitor, coordinate, and assist staff members with all benefits, compensation, and payroll provided by PTS Corp. This role will provide clear and constructive rewards advice, create reports from gathered data, present findings and process all relevant data to management. Above all, this individual will be responsible for helping to make PTS Corp. a great place to work, and an employer of choice for the cannabis industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs and policies that are aligned with the market and reward great work.

· Monitors and ensures PTS Corp.’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

· Processing payroll weekly, including, managing direct deposits, wage garnishments, payroll discrepancies, and payroll reporting.

· Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from Checkmate.

· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

· Analyzes wage, salary, and data reports to determine a competitive compensation plan.

· Act as an expert on all matters related to PTS Corp.’s benefit offerings.

· Run the open enrollment process, answer employee questions, and partner with broker/insurance companies to ensure offerings are competitive and robust.

· Administers or oversees the administration of the people operations programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave; productivity, recognition, and morale.

· Design recognition programs and participate in celebrations throughout PTS Corp.

· Performs other duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Must haves:

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 2 years of benefit and compensation experience required.

Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn PTS Corp.’s software.

Desired Qualifications:

· Five years’ Human Resources/People Operations experience.

· Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or related designation.

· SHRM-CP or HICR PHR certification highly preferred.
